Rates do not include 17.97% Hawaii tax or $100 cleaning fee, and are payable in US dollars.

Rates are for single or double occupancy.

We do not charge resort, administrative, support, portage or other fees.

In consideration of other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
 
Smoking is prohibited in all of the common areas of Prince Kuhio, except for the designated smoking bench, currently near Lawai Beach Rd
