Once you have decided that our Prince Kuhio condo is what you would like for your Kaua'i vacation home, your can begin the easy booking process.
The first step is to go to our Calendar, and see that your preferred dates are open (open dates are in white). Then just go to our Contact Us, Submit Inquiry page, complete the brief inquiry form, and click the "Submit" bottom on the bottom of the form.
We will respond to your inquiry ASAP, typically within 24 hrs. Our response will either 1) decline your request, with explanation, or 2) provide you with simple further instructions for booking and payment.
In the meanwhile, here's further information for you.
For total payment amount, see our Rates page. We will send you the total cost and payment instructions with our acceptance of your inquiry. If you want to calculate it yourself, multiply your daily rate (from the Rates page) X the number of nights you will stay. Then multiply that total by 14.97% combined taxes, and add the taxes and $95 cleaning fee to get your total.
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before the 2:00 PM HST check in date will receive 100% of their payment refunded. Guests who cancel 15 days before the 2:00 PM HST check in date will receive 50% of their payment refunded. Refunds will be issued on or before the check in date.
PAYMENT METHOD and SCHEDULE
Upon acceptance of your inquiry, we will send you payment instructions. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and PayPal.
Fifty percent of the payment is due upon acceptance. The balance is due 15 days prior to check in. You may pay the entire balance prior to the 15 day limit if you prefer. If you book less than 15 days prior to check in, the entire balance is due upon acceptance.
CHECKING IN
Upon receipt of final payment, we will contact you with
instructions to access the unit. We will also provide you with driving and parking instructions. Access to the unit is via lock box key, so you may check in anytime after 2:00 PM at your convenience.
HOUSE RULES
You are required to follow the House Rules even you you never read, remember or understand them. Here are the complete House Rules. Guests will be fully responsible for fines incurred for their violation of the House Rules.
DEPARTURE
Please remember to leave the key in an obvious location such as the dining room table. We don't ask that you clean the unit, but appreciate basic courtesy and common sense.
